Payment, Delivery, and Returns
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express (AMEX) credit and debit cards. Payment information (such as credit/debit card numbers) is not stored on our servers but is securely processed by our partner bank(s) or payment gateway(s) for the sole purpose of online payment. All transactions are safe and secured with 256-bit SSL encryption. By processing an online payment, the customer agrees to the selected payment method's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service available on the respective website.
The order may be delivered using different shipping methods. Products are delivered to the address specified in the order form within the selected country and city.
The delivery cost is calculated on the order summary page. However, under certain circumstances (e.g., bulk orders or large quantities for the same recipient), the delivery cost may vary. In such cases, we will contact you in advance to discuss the best option. Orders are delivered exclusively by courier. If the address needs to be changed, it is necessary to inform us as soon as possible. If the customer is unavailable at the agreed delivery time, the order will be returned to stock. The customer will then be responsible for arranging a new delivery or paying the additional delivery fee, which will be determined according to the courier company's current tariff.
Delivery times vary by location: Tbilisi – within 24 hours of ordering; regions – up to 3 working days. For weekends and holidays, delivery time is calculated from the next business day.
It is also possible to order a product that is currently out of stock by contacting us. The product will be shipped as soon as it becomes available. Delivery time must be agreed upon in advance.

Orders may be returned within 3 days, provided they are in the same condition as shipped. Products cannot be returned if the package is opened, damaged, or used.
A full refund will be issued if the return conditions are met.
